1. Troy didn't send out a PR or a tweet even mentioning NGD's opening on December 1st. If they had a stake, wouldn't it be in SNM's best interest to publicize the event?
2. Even though there are tweets and PR's saying that SNM Global had acquired a stake in NGD, it could have been a botched deal at the end. Why do I say it could have been botched? Because there were no follow through tweets or PR's (going back to grand opening).
3. That guy who said he emailed NGD and was told they weren't affiliated with SNM, I don't believe he was lying. Of course, I sent them an email myself. Hopefully I'll get a reply tomorrow.
I'm not trying to rain on the parade here, I'm invested here too and I want this to go to the pennies. It's just that there are some suspicious facts, and I think everyone should consider them for their own opinion.
